Finally went from IR 12/24 to IR 4/4.

I dont think that is true anymore. 167 is only the median score. I think with a small school like USC it is a toss up. They have the luxury of being a lot more selective. Im 167/3.7 and i expect to be part of the dings in this pile.

It seems to me that numbers like that would at least warrant a WL - especially with a waitlist of 400-600. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

To anyone who looked back through (or has been admitted): what was the typical lag time between DF and email with admitted student website info?

I went DF 2/28 and didn't get an email with my USC ID and congrats etc. until 4 or 5 days after... so not sure there is a standard number of days between the two events....

I refresh this page and my email every 5 min hoping for an admitted students portal email.

Jesus how could I be rejected with a 5 point lsat increase, now above median, after being waitlisted last year?

!! My mailman came five hours early yesterday and now he's likely not to come until his usual 3:30. Jerk!

I'm holding out that 3/31 were denies (sorry guys -- haven't seen one admit yet) and 4/1 were admits. No ASW portal isn't phasing me after I looked back through the thread and saw reports of lag. It looks like they are more active in the admissions office now (based on updated IR) than they have been all winter/spring.

USC looks at all LSAT scores, not just your highest. So a 163/168 with a low GPA isn't exactly an admit ticket, even for a URM. They've been waitlisting applicants with much better numbers fwiw. Keep up hope though!

I think that this is correct. I was 3.31 and a reach.

I was flipping back through the thread (and based on LSN), it doesn't seem like there has been a batch of rejects. The ones yesterday were the most yet.

Does anyone know if this has been the case before? Where there are two DF dates right next to each other and one of them has the admits and the other has the rejects?
