Are financial aid offers in the housing information packet? Or are they mailed separately? Financial aid communications do not yet appear on the admitted students site.

Sadly, nothing terribly exciting, but after a rather bleek weekend of grey, rainy weather, it was just nice and pleasant. I woke up thinking "Mmm, Michigan would be great." And I think I went snow skiing on campus...You know, normal!

Separately. And nothing about my offer showed up on the admitted students site.

This is what sucks. I'm not going to know if I recieved a scholly until I have the scholly letter in my hands... who knows when that will be.

What are your numbers? I can give you a pretty good idea, I think. While Dean Z is pretty holistic in her admissions practices, from what I understand the allocation of Dean's Scholarships is mostly numbers based, to the point where it's almost formulaic...

I just noticed that my status checker went to "decision," and I was able to login to the admitted students' site! Not sure if it went "decision" today or last week, as I haven't checked it in about a week.

Withdrew from Michigan after receiving Hamilton from Columbia. I know it doesn't work this way, but hopefully someone on TLS gets my acceptance and Dean's Scholarship.

it took them a full month to send me my status checker. i actually ended up emailing them and got a really nice response saying they're backed up....they even put a section on their admissions website about it. you could probably send a "remember me" note once the 3 weeks they promise passes though.....
