looks like there is a huge wall of waitlists forming at 167-168 with GPA of 3.5 and lower it seems.

Yes, first in-review... before that complete since 1/14 (original app sent out in mid/late-December). Not sure what will come of it... the recent trend is towards waitlist - my GPA is good, but LSAT only at 25% for USC - so I am thinking I will probably perpetuate that trend. We shall see! And yes, thanks, very pleased about UCLA.

Well I was put on the "Reserve" list at Cornell, which I figured was sorta like a waitlist? I honestly don't know. I don't have impressive softs at all. Bilingual, studied abroad twice (Chile and France), grew up in the ghetto, taught an English class at church, etc. I graduated from USC, but from what I've heard it's not really a good thing. I'm just confused at this point.

Received my rejection letter today! AND, they invited me to apply for transfer in 20111. So sweet of them!

As I said earlier, when I went IR, I just thank them for taking care of business in a timely fashion. My #'s were well below their standards, so anyone who has not had any action and been complete since January or earlier, hang in there. I would assume you're under serious consideration.
