There **might** be truth to this. Earlier today I received an e-mail asking me to call the admissions office, but I think I called too late. I'm hoping for good news! FYI, I applied 11/3 too.

I didn't go complete until ultra-late. I can't be too disappointed. Fingers crossed for NYU.

And on the LSAT, thank you. I almost took the LSAT again. Pride wants a 180. I decided against it for now. With applications still in the wild, I didn't want to risk a lower score.

Still alive, but from mid-December, 172/3.6ish, out of state, I don't know how I've survived last Friday's round of dings/WLs and today's crazy ten minutes before the office closed round of WLs, but Im pretty sure my time will come soon enough to get that WL email lol

Definitely one of those 3.6/172s who got shut out at MB, didn't apply to P, things aren't looking good at V unless surviving the last two WL/Ding bloodbaths is a good thing, and so far no word from NYU, and given its nearly mid-March, not expecting anything but a ding or a WL at best. Actually reallly hoping for good news from Virginia..

Pretty much a non-ED YP, yep. You'll get CCN anyway.

Another WL today. Will be sending out an LOCI. I really liked UVa when I visited. But I suspect with all the EDs there will be little WL movement.

On LSN, 3.85+/166-169 RD went 33/73 = 45% last year, and it looks similar this year.

So, not wishing to search through all 127 pages of this thread, I thought I'd ask if you all know generally how many folks are on the actual WL right now (discounting the fact that the number will rise and fall over the summer, etc)?
I don't need to know how many get accepted off the list —apparently that changes yearly.

Also, it appears from a cursory read that UVA is somehow distinct from many other schools in the way it sometimes doesn't even have a list. That seems odd. Does that mean there may be only like 10 folks picked this year, form god knows how many waitlisters?
