Yes just this past Tuesday. Crazy quick turnaround.
Eta: I second the post about preferred waitlist admissions stats...anyone know?
Here we go:
http://www.top-law-schools.com/archives ... =7&t=31891
450-500 people on the preferred waitlist, in which 25-50 are admitted.
200 on the regular waitlist, in which 10-20 are admitted.
So around a 10% chance of getting off the waitlist if you are on the preferred waitlist.

Sorry for the PWLed people
Had interview last week and my status checker has changed twice already this week. Luckily no PWL email for me today.

eta: removed bile, it was unseemly. i'm still just irked about my bizarre and irritating interview.

PWL
75<LSAT, GPA<25.
Did interview and wrote why Georgetown. Pretty turned off by this, don't think I'd attend even if accepted later.

Thanks! Looks like I'll be sending that LOCI ASAP. I'm guessing a decent number of PWL people withdraw because of better offers...I on the other hand have none and am only being considered here bc of special circumstances regarding GULC. Here's to hoping!

Accepted earlier today via ASW. LSAT>75th GPA>25th.
Complete 1-Mid January
Interview Request 1/28, accepted, but ultimately did not interview due to multiple interviewers failing to contact me and concerns over impending deposit deadlines at other schools.
Complete 2- 3/17
Complete 3- 3/21
Complete 4- 3/26
Best of luck to everybody!

Congrats to those admitted. I still haven't heard from Georgetown. Not even a change of date. Is this some sign of a ding?

Perhaps this is a stealth acceptance. If you do not wet dinged or WL by 25 Aug, just show up for orientation, I am sure that they would appreciate the student taking the initiative.

Mine's actually a month ago. It was on hold for a while because of my February lsat score. But ever since that day, haven't gotten any date changes neither any update regarding my application at all

Lol christ schools are going fcking crazy these days. Rejecting and WLing high quality candidates everywhere. Maybe this type of massive YP is part of the "new normal".. a way for schools to adapt to declining applications?
Seems like as much attention has been put towards straining out the "too good to be true" as from cutting off the "too low to be considered." It's an interesting strategy... Im curious if it will result for big schools like Gtown in a perilously low class size.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
