I'd appreciate any feedback/advice/etc.

With a 75 percentile GPA, I would highly recommend retaking the LSAT. This would undoubtedly mean you would have to sit out this cycle since it's unlikely that Penn would wait for the Feb score. However, knock your LSAT to a 170 or a bit higher, you would be looking at good money. Study for June, get the scores in July, and have the apps all ready to go as soon as the admissions begin. As of now, however, were you to even be accepted it would mean little aid. It may sound awful right now, but imagine that by waiting out you will be making 50-60k in one year. Maybe even more.

However, to ease your tension, a lot of people who have applied since December (such as myself) are still in review.

I don't think I can do that (because of personal circumstances). Also, I don't know if I can get my score up any more. I'm fairly burnt out. Plus I think I maxed out. Thanks for the consolation though! I hope you hear lots of goods news soon (and same for myself and everyone else waiting).

I got my score up and plenty have. It just requires a bit more practice. Retaking previous preptests will help you tremendously in that regard. WRT personal circumstances, ask yourself this: do the circumstances trump 60-100k in scholarship money? Is there no way around those circumstances? I was honestly in the same place you were a few months back. I even had to fight my own family telling me not to retake. Take a bit off to relax, then you can get back into it for a month, maybe two. I may potentially change your entire cycle, like it did with me and plenty others. I know people here may sound preachy when it comes to retaking, but there is a big reason.

See I just don't think it's YP which is why the Why Penn's didn't make a difference. They have a fairly small class, and a 169 median, so they can afford to be more GPA-selective and not have to scoop up higher 17X LSATs.

Penn seems to be hot for high GPAs and 169/170 LSATs, along with solid UG backgrounds for the most part.

Yea, the difference between their 25% GPA and 50% GPA is fairly high.

I've got a question about scholarship money which is probably really noob-ish of me. Do you apply separately for scholarships (partial ones, not the full rides) or do you just get them with the acceptance letter? Are they need-based? I didn't even think I had a chance at these schools so stupidly didn't look into how to apply for scholarships and aid.
