There have been. Don't lose hope yet. Your odds of getting in haven't dwindled because you haven't heard back.

Most people haven't gotten their mail yet. Wait until 5 to start panicking.

Is it unusual to be at "Completion Pending" for more than a month? Some people who submitted after my date have already gone complete. Would it be reasonable to contact the office to verify that everything is OK?

Count me in for the >75ths waiters club. I may have received something in the past few days though- I kind of left my mailbox key at a friends house last week hahaha
