I enjoyed all the 1Ls I drank with. My section pulled through with a lovely drunken bar night on day 1. These new kids will do a good job taking over as the most fun section.

Well, there's a lot to do just to prepare for class. My contract Prof. sent out an interesting syllabus - about 15 books are listed on it, with only about four of them on bookstore's list, and maybe half of them mentioned throughout the assignment section of the syllabus. Figuring out the syllabus seems to be preparation for the class itself...

Exactly, as I don't have 1500 bucks for books for a single class.

I never did make it to the library but I will in the AM before the service day.

This is probably the most appropriate place to complain about the bookstore closing at 3pm today. What the hell Fordham, now I have to come back one of these days.

I rented my conlaw book off Amazon for $60 so at least I'll have that tomorrow. My prof assigned 16 pages for the first class and about 20 for the second. I love her.

Only 2 of my 5 classes have syllabi right now. No books, no info on the other 3. Sweet.

Did you go through the bookstore site? I think nearly all books are posted there when you put in your courses. I have zero syllabi but got all my books of there.

Tell me how plz. I only know how to do it through that drop down menu thing, and that only lists orientation.

Nvm. Found it.

You have to put in the code names for your classes. It's 4 letters plus some #s. Like IPGL or something like that.

I would have but they closed at three.

Seven books for 300 I can almost afford. (Almost meaning when finaid pays out the balance of what I have left.)

For Property my syllabus lists 30-35 pages for each of the next 3 classes or so, so 16-20 is not bad at all. (maybe you weren't being facetious?)

log in to my.fordham, go to the Student tab, go to Banner, click on Student, then Registration, and finally Student Detailed Schedule
Select the term and click submit

At the top in red letters it says "Click Here to View the Textbook Information for Your Courses"
