Complete 3/12. I decided Monday to use my last retake this June for scholarship negotiation and/or to help me get off some waitlists (I'm already on 2).theMasterofBiotech wrote:So who else is still waiting at nothingness ?

So with the scholarship deadline being last Friday - does anyone know if we get serious movement early next week?
I am a nothinger and I have a scholarship deadline for another school this Tues 4/15. Does anyone know how willing schools are to extend this deadline? I just sent an email to admissions - so I guess I will find out soon...
NW is my #1 -- and the scholarship school is my second choice -- I would hate to lose my seat at the second choice and get an eventual denial at NW...

There should be some scholarship movement this week based on the email sent a couple of weeks ago. I had a Monday deadline with another school and was able to extend it for a week. It probably just depends on the school and how polite you are asking for an extension.YoungGrasshopper wrote:So with the scholarship deadline being last Friday - does anyone know if we get serious movement early next week?

Also still waiting, now with a deposit to hold my seat at another school. Willing to let it go if NU says yes, and pay sticker.
2nd complete date right in the middle of March. Interviewed in Feb.
NU please don't make me go to my backup...

Got my scholarship school to extend by one week - figure if I don't hear something by then...I will do the same (pay seat deposit and think of it as a worthwhile sunk cost if I get a NU admit)showcasec6 wrote:Also still waiting, now with a deposit to hold my seat at another school. At this point in the law school application game, I feel like Chris Kattan in a "Roxbury Guys" sketch. I'm the last guy on the dance floor when "what is love" has concluded and Will Ferrell has walked off with the last single girl as the bar closes....sadly, I know this feeling all too well....Only instead of Will Ferrell it was a strung out, six dreadlocked Coolio in Vegas....

Anyone have an idea when they'll inform applicants who have been on hold since March?
I was told mid to late April-->> this week or next week. Johann's Twitter account hasn't said anything about it yet.
Still patiently waiting :/

are the TLS peeps who went complete in feb and haven't heard back in the minority or majority?
i know there are a few others on here who went complete in feb, and have not received word back (i.e. not held). however, i'm not sure by reading through the forum, if most ppl on here who went feb complete heard back already (i.e. held, accepted, rejected) or are also waiting. any input/insight would be appreciated!

If you're asking what I *think* you're asking, most people have heard back. Most people who applied overall and most people who applied and went complete in Feb.
I believe there are only about 5 "nothingers" left on here.
