No go asw, reject?

QQ - if my status changed last night to say decision rendered/sent, but I cant' generate a username/pwd for the ASW...does that mean I've been dinged?

no it doesn't! last week people got updates on thursday and friday and couldn't generate a username/pwd, and then another one on monday after which they could. If you got those updates but don't get a waitlist/ding email by tonight I think its a really good sign. But will still have to wait till Monday most likely to get ur asw info. im in same boat by the way

I was one of those people! And we had to wait until around 6pm until we could generate usernames/passwords, so don't worry!

haha ya without the posts by you, snehpets, bigblue, and others I think I'd be losing my mind right now trying to read the tea leaves.....but so far im on the same track u all were last week, still crossing fingers tightly!

Oh god I will now be freakishly checking my email all day in fear of the WL/R notification coming my way. Are you sure they would send an email right away about it? They wouldn't make me wait for a snail mail R?

I'm pretty sure crumps, last week they sent out waitlist emails on friday, to some really elite LSAT scores too like samara so I've been crazy anxious since I woke up, just hoping my ED app saves me.......BUT i just saw ur previous post about your address updating and that would not be necessary if they were planning on sending you an email. not gonna jinx it for you but that is a highly positive development.

How much should I be worrying? I submitted 10/24, updated 11/16, interviewed with an update after on 12/2. Nothing till wednesday and I updated to 1/11. Since then nothing. No emails. No ASW

Whats the deal? I can't generate an ASW after 2 days, but I also haven't gotten any emails. should I stay relaxed and stay positive, or does this spell doom? Also does this mean they've made a decision or is 1/11 a standard update?

UR= under review, though I've never seen Georgetown use that status, for me its just said Application Complete and updated the status date. I agree that you are probably in line for another update or two before you get a decision though.

Also I have usa citizenship, address and FT did we get a similar update? are you waiting on a UR update? do you have a working asw?

I have the "Due to the high volume..." blah blah blah thing too... I think I remember seeing it before, but not sure. I doubt it means anything, I haven't updated or anything since 1/6.

Sorry, I didn't mean to cause confusion. I don't think the warning means anything in particular, I was just transcribing what the status checker app e-mailed to me when it let me know that my status had been updated. I don't know if you had all that before or if it was updated later, I was just saying what the status checker told me ^_^ I do not have a working username/pwd for ASW, and I have no idea if I am still waiting for an UR update or not.

The whole "number of completes" : "admited/reject/held/waitlist" ratio has not been very consistent. I wouldn't put too much stock into the fact that you can't generate ASW login yet. In the event that you are a borderline applicant, my personal experience as an applicant that was accepted with numbers below both 25% should be detailed throughout this thread.

Did you interview? I think I said this earlier on here, but I would really encourage anyone who interviewed (and had a positive experience with their interviewer) to keep in touch with their interviewer. I found that mine seemed to be just ahead of the cusp of the information flow to myself and other applicants. She contacted me just before I was accepted to see if I had heard anything, and it seemed pretty obvious she knew what was going in the GULC admissions office. I'm fully aware of the potential correlation/causation flaw, but her efforts to communicate with me were very well timed.
