In my interview early jan, they said decisions would come out until april, but that those decisions were mostly for people who applied or went complete post jan (basically saying to me as an early dec complete person that I would hear earlier than april). So I think waiting right now is totally normal.Mudori wrote:Been complete since 1/20. Nothing from Columbia. It may be a lost cause to ask, but does anyone have an clue as to what is happening?

I emailed them and they basically just said they will continue to release decisions through April.Mudori wrote:Been complete since 1/20. Nothing from Columbia. It may be a lost cause to ask, but does anyone have any clue as to what is happening?

Looking back on last two years on lsn, this is the final week that they have sent out acceptances, even for holds.
This could totally change though and it's not the big picture. I haven't checked last years threads.

Based on my internet stalking this seems fairly unusual, so maybe they will have different trends than in the past. I'm still clinging on to a thread of hope. Hope it's not all for nothing

It's meaningful that we haven't been waitlisted or dinged yet. Probably gonna take forever tho.Keilz wrote:Based on my internet stalking this seems fairly unusual, so maybe they will have different trends than in the past. I'm still clinging on to a thread of hope. Hope it's not all for nothing

I just wonder why we haven't been held, since it's likely we're all not going to be accepted right?dg1090 wrote:It's meaningful that we haven't been waitlisted or dinged yet. I was held in February and interviewed in December.mtf612 wrote:Has anyone held this year received an interview request?Keilz wrote:Looking back on last two years on lsn, this is the final week that they have sent out acceptances, even for holds.

Ah, for sure. I was thinking of applicants held without an interview. I'm curious if anyone in that camp has received an interview request.sittykitty wrote:I was held in February and interviewed in December.mtf612 wrote:Has anyone held this year received an interview request?Keilz wrote:Looking back on last two years on lsn, this is the final week that they have sent out acceptances, even for holds.

I didn't know CLS did that! Though at this point I don't even know what the stats are for people on the held list (% accepted, % wl, % rejected).mtf612 wrote:Ah, for sure. Please forgive me if this was already discussed, but does CLS require interview for admission? Last time I checked (which was about 3 years ago
) interview was not required.

Are April acceptances unlikely?

Me. Got held this morning, had the interview about a month ago.
Honestly, I'm glad to just be done with it.
