I don't think there's anyone still under review as a binding ED applicant (obviously we can't be certain, but it doesn't seem so).

I'm assuming it's for people that applied very early - RD. They pushed us ED'ers to January....but who knows...they probably have a pile of ED applicants they want but couldn't pay 150K for.

My guess is probably that they're starting from the top of the pile now--so all those RD-ers who submitted back in September are now UR. The ED apps that were held are going to be reviewed as RD in the order they were received (so if you submitted late October like me, you'll be reviewed with the rest of the late Oct RD applicants).

That's just my guess though, who the fuck knows
