4 slots still open!
So you're telling me there's a chance....... 8)

ETA: something tells me those four slots are people who just haven't checked their email yet and/or haven't scheduled the interview. But of course I hope I'm wrong.
Where did you make a deposit in the meantime?

I think it might be more likely that they made more interview slots available than they have interviewees, just because people are likely to have scheduling conflicts and it would seem rather unfair to the last person to check their email if they were left with only one option for times/dates.

Me too! It took a few weeks though I think.
I got one 8 minutes after I sent it in, so double check!

berek wrote:Woof - I was blissfully unaware that JS1's were going out. Congrats to all who got 'em! None for me, but I'm a glutton for punishment, so I'll keep clinging to hope.

Also, hope this isn't too creepy, but I lurked a bit on the '19 FB group to try and (fruitlessly, irrationally) get a sense of yield. In the group of 600, there are: 2 admins, 8 definite YLS commits, 1 definite NYU commit, 2 definite SLS commits, and 71 definite HLS commits.

Feel free to pontificate wildly about what this incredibly scrappy data means :)
Again, from a terribly unscientific sample size of the 3 people I know in the '19 fb group, two committed to YLS. So I'm not sure why that 33% yield rate isn't transferring to the larger pool... lol

Drafting another LOCI today. Any idea when another wave of JS1s will occur?

Hey OtterLaw, did you decide whether to stay on or withdraw?
I haven't withdrawn yet, but it will probably happen this week. I'm kind of up against deadlines with having a move set up with the Navy, and I think mentally and emotionally I just need to move on and start making concrete plans. Harvard was a long shot all along with my LSAT anyway, and I'm just honored to even have been waitlisted. Good luck to all of you JS1ers this week and everyone else though. Regardless I'll be lurking in here and rooting for all of you!

Were the only people who interviewed this week non-JS1 pre-WL?

Hi Everyone!

I just graduated and want to send my updated transcript over to Harvard (currently on the waitlist). Does anyone know how to do so?
