I received a feeler call yesterday telling me I was being considered for admission and asking if I was still interested. I said Georgetown is my first choice. They said I will hear "soon." Can anyone tell me their experience with this? When should I hear a decision by? I'm on the PWL.

I wonder how many people say that they aren't interested anymore. I feel like it's a very small minority

I am on PWL and visited last week. It doesn't appear to have helped at all.

Sorry to hear that! Did you meet any admissions people while you were there? I'm worried that if I go and just do a self-guided tour it won't be very impactful.

I'm sure there are people though who say they are interested and committed, and once they receive an offer balk at the prospect of having to pay the full price of admission.

Ahh totally misread the other post. It's weird that they started off with that kind of paragraph/tone/these things have a way of changing quickly. I'm also surprised they did this before their 2nd deposit deadline...

I tend to send one around every update. I have sent four so far. Three were more detailed (Why Gtown, Program interest, Updated work experience) The fourth was more or less a few sentences reaffirming my commitment to Gtown.
