I applied literally the last day before the deadline (3/01- lucky it was a leap year!). Received admission + $ within a week. The packet arrived in the mail days before the admissions dean even called and left a voicemail to congratulate me and tell me to expect a packet in the mail. Attended Admitted Students Weekend which was fun, got that same 3/23 letter advertising the March 18 ASW.

I've been "Application Complete" for like two months now, is there supposed to be an update on the status checker?

I've just called admissions. My application has been complete since 2/5/16. The woman at the admissions office told me that decisions would be sent out between today and Thursday. I hope this helps anyone that is still waiting to hear back from W&M law. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed. My LSAT was 161, UGPA 3.59, plus graduate GPA 4.0.

Did they specifically say email? Last time i checked all acceptences have been with a call.

I don't know anyone who was accepted with a phone call. I and a few friends who applied here all got e-mails first (into our spam folders) and then a phone call a week or so later to follow up.

yes, they specifically told me decisions will be sent out via email. my guess is sometimes they do call those who are accepted but all applicants still get email notifications

Fairly late. App was complete on 2/11. But the good news is they're finally sending out the letters again! (And we're not all WL'd. Phew!)
