Just got the call from the Dean, I'm in serious shock...below median LSAT and above 75th for GPA. THERE IS HOPE FELLOW SPLITTERS !!! Went complete 11/24

of course there is hope for reverse splitters at berk -- high gpa's with a so-so LSAT is exactly what they're going for

Yes. I had the same issue, turned out some of my information hadn't reached them due to an issue with my app on the LSAC side. Email admissions@law.berkeley.edu.

Just emailed them because I have that same status ("We have received...") since early November, which feels like an awfully long time.

Got an auto reply: "The office will be closed for the holidays beginning December 22. We will open again on January 5."

I would probably give them a call just to be on the safe side...I submitted on 11/21, went complete 11/24, and was under review immediately thereafter. But I'm sure it varies, nothing to stress over or that a quick call wouldn't clarify

So I emailed them and they told me they are holding my application because I took the December LSAT.

And I ask them to complete my application with my June LSAT and forget about my retake.

Here is their reply:

"Sorry, we do not accept June LSAT scores. They arrive too late in our process."

They do not accept June LSAT? So that one doesn't count anymore???!! What if I bombed my retake?!

I have a really good chance to get in with my current stats though. Help me out!!

They definitely misunderstood you and thought you meant June 2015. I'd just email them saying you wish to be considered on the basis of your prior LSAT score and specify that it was the June 2014 test.
