This. No open Skype slots, wondering if I should bother applying...

The same thing happened to me for approx. 2 weeks. I just kept checking back everyday until some became open. It was about a month and a half between submitting and completing my Skype interview.

I actually incorrectly signed up for an interview and didn't go through the entire process. In realizing this mistake and also that there were no skype spots left open, Admissions suggested I could write an addendum noting that I would have liked to interview and then writing whatever you think you would have said in an interview. Maybe go that route?

I think that's smart. And maybe include a Why Northwestern if you're able to write a genuine one.

Did they stop doing Skype interviews already? Additional slots continuously opened up while I was applying.
https://apply.law.northwestern.edu/interview/jdskype

There haven't been any available slots for the past 1-2 weeks.
I think a good portion of the skype interviews are conducted by current students, and they do not schedule interviews with current students during finals.

So I can submit my application before having schedule a Skype interview? They're all full.

Yes. I submitted without scheduling an interview. I emailed admissions about a week after saying that there appeared to be no open slots and that I would like to interview and they emailed me when slots opened up.

You could also just forgo the interview altogether.

If I remember correctly the decisions came out on the second Friday of the month last year (which was the 13th). Next Friday is the 12th. There is a possibility decisions will begin coming out next week but the only hard deadline is the end of December.

if you hide things in the spreadsheets, it doesn't just hide them for you, it hides them for everybody, and then it messes up the data. PLEASE DON'T HIDE COLUMNS IN THE SPREADSHEETS

(don't mind me just spamming this everywhere bc it's messing up literally every single spreadsheet right now)

Had my interview on campus today. Feel free to PM me for questions. Went pretty well and was pretty relaxed (about 45 min).

14 EDers in this thread, how many do you think they accept?

On myLSN there is a 3.8/168 K-JD who got it last year.

So many of us EDs in here. Does anyone have any idea what kind of acceptance rate the merit scholarship ED program has? Or maybe how many total applicants get it per year?

It seems that as long as your not below either median you have a good shot, so 3.7+/168+. Or if your at the 75th and above their 25th 3.5+/170+. At least this seems to be the case from last years mylsn

First RD acceptances came out 12/19 last year, per this thread: http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... 2&t=238318

I had a gotten a "your application is now complete and is being reviewed by the Admissions Committee" status change way back on 10/23, and today I got a date change but with the same message. I don't know if it means anything at all--there was nothing about date changes in the "What to Expect" thread. Anybody else see anything like this?

I just checked mine and saw that it changed on 12/5. Not sure what that means either.

That just means they started looking at it and then set it aside to review again later, and they probably picked it up again on 12/5. That's the answer they gave me, at least!

If my status hasn't been updated since 11/13, does that mean that they have not reviewed my application yet? I read somewhere that they only started reviewing applications on December 1, so not sure whether this is an indication that they finished reviewing mine or haven't touched it.
