Our numbers are pretty similar (but, tbf, I applied a few days before the deadline). I wonder if they're ruling out all sub-3s until people withdraw in the summer.

I've been complete since 1/23, this is killing me! Do you think they're just going to have one big blast at the end of the day similar to the William & Mary did it last week or does anyone know if they've been sending emails out on a rolling basis today?

Well it's almost 4 and I haven't seen one person say anything on here yet about getting an email, so I don't know if it'll be "rolling." Whatever "it" is, anyway.

I just spoke with admissions, they said everyone is misunterpretting this April 1st date, they're still going to be sending out admissions decisions between now and August.

I thought their message was very clear about their admissions decisions, but apparently that is not the case.

from what I understand, this is true BUT the decisions they will be releasing between 4/1 and August will all be WL or dings. that's what the message on the status checker seems to say, at least

I agree, many candidates are in because they are having admitted students day this Friday and next. I also know a few who were denied already. So,
for those who haven't heard at least there is still hope.

Can we re-clarify the phases that your application goes through? Am I right in thinking that it goes:

App Received ---> App Complete ---> Under Review ---> Complete ---> Admission Decision

I feel like I'm waiting by the phone for UNC Law to call and ask me on a date. Yeez. Hold in there, everyone! The information about deadlines did say decisions can be anticipated "before or on April 1st" (except for the WL/dings 4/1-August) so we've still got tomorrow. Let's not lose hope yet.

Just turned to "Complete" at some point between 4:45-ish and now. I had been "Application Complete" since 3/7. The negative Nancy in me is guessing that the majority of us who hadn't heard back at all just turned to complete.
