Is the number of people in the c/o 2017 Facebook page based on deposit or acceptance? Noticed there are 211 members even though the class size is normally around 180.

Acceptance, IIRC. But I also wouldn't be surprised if ppl are invading your fb group already. I joined the class below mine's group early on, they have 248. I was accepted from the WL after submitting a LOCI the week prior. Thrilled! It's incredible some of yall are still waiting for an initial decision though.

I agree considering that for those of us who have already been accepted, the second seat deposit deadline is May 30th. I hope those just getting accepted now have some time to weigh their options.

Of course she is going. No way she would say publicly that school was top choice, realize she was being yield protected, then call school and tell them they are top choice, send in LOCI, check message boards RE: school, then receive a full-ride scholarship to attend w/ no stips only to tell the school no. I mean doing that would make it so much harder for other applicants to avoid YP in the future.Attax wrote:You gonna gogogogogo?PourMeTea wrote:It's ok I got full ride like the day after complainingLord Randolph McDuff wrote:I know people who got off the waitlist in July w/ money in the class of 2014. Lol no. In fact the admissions lady doesn't care for me.wtrc wrote:Interesting tactic here by the UC Boulder Admissions staff.Lord Randolph McDuff wrote:

Also it's CU-Boulder, not UC. Also it would be a be an interesting tactic by admissions but I highly doubt our admissions lady is on TLS. She strikes me as an ol' school from the south type.

"All applications have received an initial review. We are not currently making any offers to applicants on our waitlist, as we are waiting to see how many admitted students send in their second seat deposits. We are constantly reassessing our needs, and we will make offers of admission as it becomes necessary. As applicants are admitted, decisions will be sent out by both email and regular mail. Admission decisions may be made up until the beginning of orientation in August, but we hope to have the process completed before then."

Isn't the second deposit date supposed to be on 5/30? How do you interview with CU? do you call and ask for one or do you wait until they call you?

Anyone have any ideas of what medians are going to look like. I'm a 162/3.2 applying this fall, hoping to get some money.
