Held--WL... withdraw, already wasted my seat deposit and apartment deposit at one school, not gonna do this for another.
I just hate the whole idea' well you are not good enough for northwester but we still want to keep you till the first day of your fall class, in case some of our admitted students changed their mind and we need some tuition cow for $$$"

I wish they would let us know just how many pple they place on the waiting list so we can get an idea of what 20-25% admittance off of that means.

For those of you WL--if you're fortunate enough to get accepted within a reasonable time (lol don't hold your breath) would you be willing to pay full tuition? It seems the last paragraph of the WL letter implies they won't be giving any $$ off the WL :\

Not sure....I'm going to seriously think this over so that if/when they do offer me admission I'm not wasting their time and mine. Their tuition is very high at almost $55,000 per year, and right now I'm looking at a fraction of that with a scholarship at another school. It's going to be tough, but that's life.
