I found the best way to arrange a place to stay in Munger was through the individual students that contacted me after I was admitted. So if you have any contacts like that, see if they can ask around for you—it's a lot easier than trying to do things through Admissions.

Thoughts on the housing lottery? Are most people waiting until after ASW to sign up, or is that too late to (hopefully) get a good pick?

I unfortunately have to travel for work next weekend. Really sad!

Should be fine! I think getting in off the wait list makes it hard to get housing on campus, but I think the lottery runs in June or something.

Also, any insight on financial aid for someone being accepted this late in the game?

Congrats! I wouldn't worry about financial aid if you got Need Access, FAFSA and your taxes in. If you haven't, hurry and do so (still wouldn't worry).

Thanks. I ended up getting award letter without sending in taxes so I'm guessing they just need them for confirmation.

If only I could actually see my award. After logging in to the Axess website, there is most definitely not a finances tab.

This may be a dumb question, but does the May 1st deadline mean that the deposit form must arrive by May 1st or just that it must be postmarked May 1st?

Loved admit weekend. Met more than a few people I would genuinely be disappointed to not see at Stanford next fall (since so many people seemed to still be debating between Harvard and, to a lesser extent, Yale).

Hey! Has anyone that has sent in their deposit (YAY CLASS OF 2015), received confirmation that their deposit has been received? I sent mine in via regular post mail a few days ago and I am now wishing I had thought about doing return receiptttttt
