Most of the hotels I called are booked. Apparently there is a marathon that weekend. So I booked a room on AirBnB. It's near the Garden District.

I just booked a room for late March on Priceline at the Hyatt Regency for $100 per night. Great deal on a 4* hotel!

I am staying in downtown in the french quarter, but I booked a while ago as I am running in the mardi gras 1/2 marathon while there...

TLS meetup would be fun for sure

Going to the later ASW. Since TLS says no one is hiring attorneys, I have booked Motel 6 in preparation for my career as a traveling legal fortuneteller.

I was just in New Orleans for Mardi Gras and met a few Tulane law students over the weekend. They all seemed to love it (though it is possible that their happiness with life in general may have been amplified by one too many hand grenades). Excited to go back for the late March ASW!
