Congratulations to everyone who's gotten a call today! It's great to have more classmates from TLS.
And good luck to everyone who is waiting, I'm sure there are more spots to be had...

I'm not sure - there's an irrational part of me that's going to fear I hallucinated the whole thing until I get an email or package. GL to everyone who's still waitingHNSA15 wrote:JR2 about an hour and a half ago!!! so excited, I can't believe it.
When do we got our admissions materials?

Pre-New Years JR1 with a bunch of painful no-call Mondays after. Now a post-WL JR1b with no call the Monday after. Ouch, Harvard, you got me again.
Congrats to the new admits.

Congratulations to everyone out there who's gotten the coveted JR2. Happy celebrating!
I'm on the WL as well, but have yet to have a JR1. I've been hoping, praying for JR's call. So far, nothing...but I'm not ready to give up yet. I guess we'll see what happens this week...

Well this has officially been a great day.
But I do have a couple questions does anyone think there's any financial aid left for people in off the waitlist, and what is everyone else in off the waitlist thinking about housing?

It says in the WL FAQ that all aid is need-based and that the amount is not affected by when you are admitted.saito816 wrote:Well this has officially been a great day.But I do have a couple questions does anyone think there's any financial aid left for people in off the waitlist, and what is everyone else in off the waitlist thinking about housing?

I can't wait for the admissions materials. Also...I'm assuming we won't have access to the admitted students website until then, right??mbn22 wrote:I'm not sure - there's an irrational part of me that's going to fear I hallucinated the whole thing until I get an email or package. I read that housing isn't guaranteed for admits off the waitlist so I guess I'll be looking for an apartment (and roommates lol) in Boston/Cambridge.saito816 wrote:Well this has officially been a great day.But I do have a couple questions does anyone think there's any financial aid left for people in off the waitlist, and what is everyone else in off the waitlist thinking about housing?

Would anything be different about your application? Work experience, higher LSAT, earlier app, etc.? If not, I'm not sure it's worth it to wait.arkansawyer wrote:Now for the rest of us: What's the thought on reapplying early next year?

congrats to all the hard-earned acceptances!
shameless (and i'm sorry if slightly annoying) plug: don't forget to withdraw your apps/deposits/commitments from the no doubt other awesome schools were thinking of attending.
the waitlists at some of these are slowly eroding my will to live ...

This silence after that massive wave is bad--I'm guessing they're full (anyone wanna call to ask?). Looks like we're pretty screwed.

Did any of the waitlist JR2s receive any emails/snail mail with admissions info yet? I had only the phone call so far...

No nothing here. Just the initial phone call from Dean Rubenstein, although my status checker updated to "Admitted". I thought he said that they'd be sending out all the relevant information in the mail by the end of the day on Monday.Tom Hagen wrote:Did any of the waitlist JR2s receive any emails/snail mail with admissions info yet? Supposedly we have until the 23rd to reply. I'm assuming there will be another wave after that.Weirdlog wrote:I've thought about it, but I don't know how much better my application is really going to get.arkansawyer wrote:Congrats to all who heard back!

Have any of the recent admits received their letter in the mail. I'm still waiting for mine.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
