i was accepted via status checker. Should it have said anything about a scholarship in the status checker if there is any scholarship?

Yup it will tell you on the status checker.

Well that sucks!!! I didn't get any scholly info on my status checker. I guess I'm not getting a scholarship then!!!

It's under Mailings. It'll say Honors Scholarship Letter and a supposed date of sending. I'm pretty sure mine didn't show up right away.

I'm really pissed right now! I applied to this sorry excuse for a law school with a 158/3.95 which are both above their medians, rightfully expecting a scholarship of some kind (someone earlier here told me that with my numbers I should get at least 20k a year!!!) and there is absolutely no mention of a scholarship of any kind on my status checker! Unfreakinbelievable!

It took a day for mine to show up...

I never had a scholarship notice on my checker. But, my packet had an offer for 20k a year, so, don't give up hope.

don't worry about it too much. I was accepted via status checker at first, and a few days later, it told me a honor scholarship letter would come with the admission package. So wait few more days to see what's going on.

BTW, I also have a quite similar numbers as you do, and Hofstra gives me 25k a year. So, at least you will probably get some sorts of money I guess.

I got 40,000 a year with only +.05 on my gpa.

I went to the admitted students reception this afternoon. There were some highs and some lows - I could discuss some of the hilarity that ensued if people are interested.

I'm betting at least 10 and as much as 20k. Their approach to scholarships is a little random. I got less with a 164, though my GPA does stink.
