What worries me is that although it switched to decision, it does not list any deposit due or anything.

Re: Boston College Applicants Thread
FWIW I've had an acceptance this cycle where nothing is listed under fees. Also had one where my decision status still says "In Review" so I'm going to try to not read into those things too much.

Re: Boston College Applicants Thread
Put on hold today, my decision was rendered 11/30.
25th<LSAT<50th
GPA=75th
Does anyone suggest further action? I will update GPA on the hour I receive grades. I suppose evaluations wouldn't hurt?

Decision rendered 12/04, no letter yet
not too optimistic seeing that no one here has been accepted

Re: Boston College Applicants Thread
Decision Rendered 12/04. Under mailings, it says "Decision Letter Mailed 12/06"
25th < GPA < median, LSAT > 75th.
I hope I'm not being rejected/held, because even though I considered it somewhat of a safety (yeah my GPA isn't great, but my LSAT is 10 pts above their 75th), I am legitimately interested in BC. I love Boston and want to eventually work in New England (and can't get H or Y).
ETA: Submitted Oct 24, UR Oct 28 (status checker Nov 08 though).

Re: Boston College Applicants Thread
From looking at everyone's stats, looks like there could be a bunch of acceptances coming out. Either that or BC is pushing its medians up to 170/3.85

I've been in the same boat since 11/30...BC is also the only LS that is currently reviewing my file, aside from Boalt, so I'm kind of more obsessive about checking my status for BC.Aggiegrad2011 wrote:Yeah mine has been "Your application is being reviewed" since 11/05... I'm in review *everywhere*, which is frakkin' killing me. I know they're looking at it, thinking "ack, crappy LSAT, ooooh but a veteran... ooooh crappy LSAT... ooooh top 1% GPA... oooh crappy LSAT.... ooh but a veteran!" and stopping me from getting into the DING pile. Honestly I'd rather have some WL/Ding at this point, at least one or two, than just sit here hanging by a thread. =/NZA wrote:I've been in the same boat since 11/30...BC is also the only LS that is currently reviewing my file, aside from Boalt, so I'm kind of more obsessive about checking my status for BC.Aggiegrad2011 wrote:Yeah mine has been "Your application is being reviewed" since 11/05... You guys are crazy lol.
I'd rather wait till March with no response and get accepted than to hear back now and get WL/dinged.
Be patient, my young grasshoppers!

To heck with that. I've got everyone breathing down my neck about where I'm going to be moving us to (especially my poor hubby who has a deadline for submitting his pharmacy transfer stuff...) et cetera, et cetera. I'd like to be able to start crossing places off the potentials.Gemini Hopeful wrote:You guys are crazy lol.

I am hoping for one, but I'm a bit too low on LSAT, probably.HeavenWood wrote:I've been UR since 11/5 as well, but I'm hoping for an acceptance.Aggiegrad2011 wrote:Yeah mine has been "Your application is being reviewed" since 11/05... LOL! I know what you mean! Hang in there... they may be delaying because you're in the admit pile!
