I was able to sit in on con-law, it was awesome. Fortunately they were discussing two or three cases I had read before as well, so I could at least follow and understand what was going on in the lecture/discussion.

The professor I watched loaned me his casebook so I could follow! That school is amazing.ausoccer19 wrote:I was able to sit in on con-law, it was awesome. 15k/year
3.3/163 non-URM
The only stipulation is satisfactory academic progress.
I'm very excited. For me, its either Richmond or retake.

Re: In at Richmond - 2014
Visited today, took a tour, met the dean, attended a class, had a good time, everyone was very friendly. Enjoyed the first hour of class, but last fifteen minutes got lost and started to phase in and out. Unfortunately, didn't get to talk to many 2L's, I really want to know about hiring and how it's been. Kind of a touch subject to broach though, don't want to ask someone who might be near the bottom of the class and struggling to find a job to talk to some stranger about it.

I didn't either. I'm not worrying about it just yet because the email said the scholly decisions would all be out tomorrow and that's what they said when I visited on Monday. Also, I got an email from Dean Rahman at like 10:30 the other night, so I don't think we can count out more emails today since they are clearly not working just normal business hours.

John Marshall Scholarships were given out last week. . . . I think they do redistribute based on who declines, but the ones given out last week were given until April 1 to make a decision.

They were notified by phone. But I would think you would get an email today either way. If not, you can always call them, they're great to talk to.GentlemanJim wrote:Gotcha. How were recipients notified? I'm out of the country.
