Not surprised at all, since Stanford was my hail mary. Just wish it had been a faster decision!
Sorry to hear that. Do you mind sharing when your application went complete?
Oops, meant to include that. Went complete 1/27.
Good luck to everyone still waiting!

Is this the most recent complete to have heard back?

I think DLS can mean either waitlist or rejection. You can call to find out for sure when you see DLS.... (someone correct me if I'm wrong)

Nobody has reported a wait listing from Stanford yet, here or on LSN, so if you had DLS on your status checker tomorrow you would need to be in the first batch of wait listers for it to mean something other than a rejection. We are just entering the Stanford wait list season, which traditionally begins in early April. The admissions people said something about having decisions by April 1st, which can only be taken as a loose goal they are not obligated to meet if they are not ready, but the big day should fall around that time.

Any chance you remember where you read/heard that? I hadn't heard about this April 1 goal... it sounds wonderful.

For some reason I was thinking that April 1st was for some of their other graduate programs and that they were still saying late April for law school decisions...

Someone earlier in the thread boldly called the admissions office and asked. They said they were trying to get decisions out by April 1. So April 1st isn't a hard and fast rule but it sounds likely that there will be a big wave this week or Monday.

If it's any consolation I think my GPA (in the 3.5-3.6 range) was my undoing. Hopefully you'll fare better and good luck!
Good luck to you as well!
