Hey guys I've been complete since the middle of december (3.3x, >175) and haven't seen any movement. Is this typical for Cornell and what are the average wait times and movements (i.e. do you go UR multiple times before a decision is rendered) for those admitted non-EA?

Anyone else been sitting at complete with no further action since 1/22? Does Cornell usually update the status check with U.R. dates?

I updated "complete" dates 3 or 4 times (can't remember which) before I was accepted. Cornell has been notoriously slow in the past, so I wouldn't get discouraged yet. Good luck either way, I hope you get good news soon!cuzinvinny wrote:Hey guys I've been complete since the middle of december (3.3x, >175) and haven't seen any movement. ETA: There isn't an Under Review status, just Complete.

Haha I know, but everytime I see someone with movement who applied after me i keep thinking they looked at my app, laughed, and then promptly typed up my rejection email lol

Thanks for the response. I feel relieved to know this long wait isn't atypical. And congrats to you, are you leaning towards accepting?bigeast03 wrote:I updated "complete" dates 3 or 4 times (can't remember which) before I was accepted. At this point, I'm definitely leaning more towards here than any other school. But, it depends entirely on the financials of everything, and Cornell has a bit of a stingy rep. I loved the school when I visited, and I'm from the area so that's always nice.

+1. I hope that I have some sort of a chance at Cornell. 167/3.98. Complete on 1/22, no movement since. As much as I don't want to admit it, I am feeling a ding / WLsf88 wrote:I have similar numbers (168 3.65) so I know how you feel.
