yeah, me too... I really like Penn.

For those of you who are in, I think you'll love it if/when you can visit. The "collegial atmosphere" thing they talk so much about is true. After my tour I was wandering around a little with my Penn Info folder (which tells everyone you're a visitor) and had a number of students stop to chat with me, they all LOVED it there. Super cool facilities, super cool group of people.

I submitted in early October and my UCR is stuck on 12/8. I haven't heard back anything -- no acceptance, waitlist, hold, or rejection. It's so strange, especially since I'm well past the eleven-week mark they mention on the status checker! I wonder if they lost my application...

What do the people on the waitlist's status checkers say? Also, I have 2 friends were accepted into Penn off the waitlist in the same year from the same office.
