My one complaint against USC is they basically force you to put all of your eggs in their basket as they do not release crucial information before other school's deadlines.

I'm a first IR on 3/2 person too. But have gotten no movement. Still IR 3/2. Not sure if this is good or bad.

Also for everyone here. I saw where most people said if they got waitlisted it said so on their status. Mine says decision finalized so is it safe to assume I am looking at either accepted or rejected?

I'd imagine so, because waitlisted isn't a final decision. It would just be improper grammar.
