Is it bad that I have actually considered this as a factor in my decision process? Where will it be most advantageous for my future, as-yet-non-existent children to be legacy kids?

Not at all, half of the reason why I am doing all this is for my kids. I want to be a fathey they can look up to as a proper role model.

good luck to everyone! I love this thread much more than the stanford thread because I can wish the best for everyone and be happy when people get accepted as I never applied to Yale. In Stanford I am the same, but it also stings a bit when someone else gets accepted as it means there is one less spot for me...

Aww thank you! So nobody on TLS or LSN has been admitted today. Maybe they won't really start until tomorrow. Though it's a small enough group that maybe they just haven't admitted anybody who uses TLS/LSN and has been online today.
