I heard the same thing. In an effort to finally pass Yale in the rankings, Harvard decided to cut its student-to-faculty ratio from 10:1 to 3:1. Congratulations to those who managed to get in.GeePee wrote:Turns out Harvard's not accepting any more people this year.

Under Review today. What a joke. There is no way I'm getting in. I kind of wish they held out on reviewing my file until I had heard back from more places. I dont want my 2nd decision to be a rejection....haha

JR actually just posted on facebook that they think they've already let in TOO MANY students for next year. They are currently considering a Survivor-style contest to be held in Camden, NJ to determine next year's 1L class.

That's preposterous. They'll admit all of them, then cut the bottom three quartiles after 1L, who will then be forced to transfer to Cooley.FretMeister wrote:JR actually just posted on facebook that they think they've already let in TOO MANY students for next year. Uh, I meant students would get into Yale and dismiss Harvard... Nothing to do at all with the city.

Nah they say it is better, because you aren't on a list to be taken off of. You are just going to be put back into the regular applicant pool at a later point for further review.gahthelaw wrote:yup.Kakarot wrote:Held today???gahthelaw wrote:held.

However, I don't think anyone has been put on a waitlist, so it may be this is just an early waitlist, but JR said it is not.
