Thanks, that what i suspected. Didn't think that played much of a role at this point since all applicants went to college and took the LSAT. Hoped it was primarily on achievement at this point. I guess my 3/16 DIT may well be wait list or reject factoring this into the equation.Emma1 wrote:URM=underrepresented minority

3/16 DLIT here...dying.
just thought i'd update.
Also, Starting Saturday I'm not sure I wanna check this site. If I see a bunch of "3/16..waitlist" I'll die... and if I see "3/16...accepted..could be a mixed batch" I'll die as well.
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

lol. I love FSU it's just seven years in the same small town might kill me. I am honestly not even sure where I'll go even if I do get in UF. Fact of the matter is, I need their decision, NOW. I was RCDP since 12/3 SO IT'S ABOUT TIME. The wait in and of itself is killlllllllling me.
There's no bias in my house. My sister was UF undergrad, then UM law school. I am FSU undergrad and who knows where for law school? We got Florida covered though.

My mom and dad UF/UF grad school. Older sister UF undergrad, now a 2L at Univ of Chicago Law. I'm thinking possible FSU for law for a change also, but UF has been home for 4 years and I really like it here, maybe a little too comfortable.alanabanana wrote:cigator wrote:Funny, you're FSU undergrad, Im UF undergrad, both waiting on UF but in at FSU. somebody shoot me now! the wait is killing me too. after looking again at LSN I am growing more pessimistic
. I am in the Hold pattern at FSU too... the main thing that has brought me doubt is the lack of success of other non-trads with same or better numbers.. not too promising.

Where's the wave of WL's from 3/11 on LSN?
There doesn't seem to be many showing up on the graph...

Decision Pending on 12/3
DLIT 3/16
3.4
161, 162
2 years out of undergrad
What do you other 12/3'ers think will happen to us?

Really? I thought it was a requirement...the field after "last name" when you register for the LSDAS.Sky'stheLimit wrote:rcharles wrote:Where's the wave of WL's from 3/11 on LSN?

Obviously not everyone's on LSN just as not everyone is here. But it's safe to assume that several people here are also on LSN. There seemed to be a lot of people ITT who were waitlisted and they don't seem to be equally represented on LSN.

I feel ya. I'm in the same boat with the pessimism, but last year's LSN data shows not one ding for someone with my score although i am 25> for GPA. My status has been under review for several weeks now.ScndCareertyme wrote:after looking again at LSN I am growing more pessimistic

Came home from Spring break vacation to a letter from UF awarding me an $18,000 scholarship over 3 years. Definitely my top choice at the moment.

Re: University of Florida
considering the numbers compiled in the list of the 3/16's, if thats true and the 3/16's are really WL's/rejs, either we have some big red flags, or there is something outta wack in the universe

What do you all consider red flags, if you don't mind sharing?

Criminal record in my case.nbatty wrote:What do you all consider red flags, if you don't mind sharing?
No felonies but I had five offenses to disclose.
The charges all date back from before 2003.
I was a 159/3.9 to begin the cycle, after the February exam I am 164/3.9.
I dont know if they took the 164 into consideration, but they did acknowledge my update email saying that my file was updated. Also I had been pending forever, as soon as I reported the 164 I went DLIT...
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
