Well, it's not over if you get a wait list offer.

How many of y'all have been waiting on Yale for over six months?

is there any reason to think there will be another round of acceptances after today and tomorrow?

my instinct is no. looks from LSN like acceptances past mid-april were all from the WL.

Well I don't think it would be possible for me to accept an August offer as much as I would love it. I can also imagine Yale's waitlist would be the hardest one to get off, everyone on it would be super qualified as well.

In the off chance of someone who withdraws before the WL goes out, maybe? Otherwise I feel like they are all set with the class until after deposits are due.

Good luck everyone!

Good luck everyone!! This is it...

Edit: Also, thanks for making me feel better about neurotically checking the Twitter feed. I was relieved that I wasn't the first one to notice the update. ;)

I'm fairly sure that I'm not going to get a call today, so I can save the phone clutching for tomorrow.

Even if you guys don't get a call today or tomorrow, doesn't mean it couldn't happen period. I think there were some super late acceptances last cycle.

Do you have two in mind or are you just guessing that it will be two people, regardless of identity?

I got the same email Dutchstriker got about two weeks ago.

I feel like this is the crazy 1 hour scene in Titanic where the ship is sinking and I'm either gonna get ON A BOAT (T-Pain and Lonely Island, help!) or find a piece of wood that might save me from freezing to death. OH GOD.

I keep clicking on this thread when it's been bumped, thinking that someone got a call, but it's always just another good-luck message. :)

While I'm here, good luck again!
