Last year it sounds like they waited until people started declining them before offering another round. They have to give out 20 so it will probably depend on what their yield is on the first round.

last time it was 1/9 -> 1/13 for most people. WL/Rejects had different days (some of them did, not all) for the first day.

Yeah, some people had their fourth UR date right before the last round of decisions.

I'm sure this has been discussed, but how does Chicago inform of rejections, acceptances and wait lists? Are rejections and WLs both email, or might I find out by going to the status checker first?

I think their website says they email acceptances. Not sure about others, but it would be kind of odd to do something fancier for a rejection than an acceptance. Also not sure if the status checker gives any advanced notice beyond Under Review. So really, I'm not terribly helpful...

I missed the call, but they email as well at the end of the day CST so I found out from that.
