Re: Columbia 2010
it's a number based off of some scale that certain law schools release to the LSDAS showing how they weigh gpa/lsat score relative to each other on an application for admission. you can get a pretty good estimate of your score using lawschoolpredictor.commisslawyer2013 wrote:Ok, so not to sound dumb, but what are these index numbers?BaiAilian2013 wrote:OMG I'M ALL ALONEEEE!!!But yes, hopefully this is some comfort to others. there's a letter saying congrats and three brochures for housing, visiting, and something else. nothing crazy, everything in there you'll find in more detail on the admitted students webpage.of Benito Cereno wrote:what's in the binder? is it really a binder. meh i want the binder.

Re: Columbia 2010
^^ You can check your index on LSP (and on LSAC.org). It's the combination of your LSAT & GPA by a ratio the school determines to give you a rough estimate of your likelyhood. Columbia has like a 4.3 median index, so Bai is way above it and will get in which makes me feel safer--there are still acceptances on the way. I think I'm a 4.5 or something.
