Is it fair to say that if you weren't accepted with the first wave of decisions for your UR1 date, your chances aren't great?

I don't think anyone knows the answer to that. I would say your UR2 date is more relevant, but still we aren't really sure at all if there is anything to be gleaned from it.

Missed call from a 215 today, got kinda excited (I never get calls from 215). No voicemail so I called back, got the voicemail for some odd company. My heart sank, hard.
