I'm also silence since about 2 weeks after you. Maybe we're in the same pile that got wedged between KB's desk and the wallNulli Secundus wrote:Silence since 9/21.

Are you getting emails that say you've been held, or is it just on your status checker?

On the HLS blog post, they mention only holding people whose application went complete over 2 months ago. Anyone who went complete after around 11/13 should be safe for now.

Can someone clarify the different levels of "completion" here? Because I was UR 12/23, but got a complete email 1/12. I was under the impression that the complete email meant something different here, no?Byzantine wrote:UR 1/11. Not a word yet. I do have the impression that they use the "hold" as a sort of "look, we can't really tell you anything, but you've been waiting for a while, so we're acknowledging that we've looked at your application."

Got held today. Kind of a newbie, but what does held even mean? Is it similar to being waitlisted?

Ah, well. Oh, so your status checker can say "File Under Review" long before you get the "Application complete" email? Can anyone weigh in on this?mikeylikesit wrote:Can someone clarify the different levels of "completion" here? Because I was UR 12/23, but got a complete email 1/12. Just got the held email. UR 11/16, complete 11/23... like a wise person on this thread said, better than being rejected

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
