It seems like they have moved on from your submission & completion date without holding you. This is a really good sign. I doubt Harvard forgot about you.

Did anybody with a hold or rejection submit after 9/28, or complete on or after 10/22?

I feel like a prisoner waiting for the guillotine axe to fall...

So, if I went complete in late October but then took the December LSAT, should I expect to hear back soon, or am I now grouped with people who went complete earlier this week? gah this is frustrating.

Same boat, I have not heard anything since going complete 10/22.

Dinged by email. 172/3.8-3.9, so fairly good numbers by today's clump of LSN rejects. My extra-soft softs probably account for that.

Held also... I'm glad it took them 4 months to tell me that they have no decision for me. I guess I'll have to wait until April for my waitlist/rejection letter

Are all these rejections from early submitted apps? I know I have about a 1.5% chance at even a waitlist but still nothing but under review as of 11/25. Just tryin to brace myself

That's great. It's over the top, of course, but there is a lot of truth in there. Painful truth, but truth nonetheless.

looks like the early straight out rejections are mostly to high gpa/ sub median lsat. no high lsat splitters with early completion dates have received holds or rejections as far as i can tell.

That's wrong. At least one 180 was held today. And a 178+.

Just in case the some of the high LSAT people I occasionally hear from are curious, still quiet for me. But I went complete a little after most of the people who have been held/dinged so far. Maybe it was my PS about decapitating unicorns with rainbows.

edit: or my GPA

A 175 got rejected today. So did a 173.

Looks like that's it for the week, folks. Sorry to all those rejected and held in the past two days.

I feel a little lonely stranded on my September-complete, JR1, no word from HLS island, but I suppose I'll have my answer next week if Harvard is true to its word.

Although Harvard isn't being nearly as kind this cycle to applicants with a high LSAT score and a sub-median GPA, there are still a few examples of admits in this category. Weird. (Hah - as you can tell, this subject is near and dear to my heart.)
