I don't know about fastest, but mine was 5 days. I think a lot of it depends on when you interview vs. when their next wave of admits goes out.Wormfather wrote:How does one summon Lavitz to the thread? I need to know if there has ever been a day with JS1s, JS1 invites and JS2s. Also, the shortest turn around from JS1 to JS2. Hopefully I can start to relax after getting that info.

I think there was a 1-2 day turnaround ITT late december but yeah, it generally depends on when the next wave is.bdeebs wrote:I don't know about fastest, but mine was 5 days. Yet to have gone complete, but looking optimistically ahead, how long after going complete is it reasonable to start obsessing over a potential JS1?

Just went JS1 20 minutes ago (and FREAKING out--lost some motor coordination for a few minutes). I went complete 12/19.oscar11cheelsea wrote:Yet to have gone complete, but looking optimistically ahead, how long after going complete is it reasonable to start obsessing over a potential JS1?

This thread needs more GIFS, for real. Hoping if I'm not destined for a JS1, I can at least get my ding/hold over with already.
There still seems like there's no pattern/reason for the JS1s. Are they sifting back through the "maybe" piles from Oct/nov and giving JS1s? Are they seeing that the entirety of their applicant pool and going "oh SHI-"?

I'd like to add that someone posted they were asked about their jump in LSAT score ITT and I too was asked the question as to how exactly that happened. What do you say for that? "I figured out my weaknesses, drilled and improved"? I feel like a lot of that is very self-explanatory.

Re: Harvard c/o 2016 Applicants (2012-2013)
Mentioned how it basically came down to how I was looking forward to taking the test this year versus just waiting for it to be over last year. I did nothing dramatically different, I just studied for a shorter period of time this time around so I wasn't burned out. I went into a few details but she didn't seem that interested in them.twinkletoes16 wrote: What do you say for that? "I figured out my weaknesses, drilled and improved"? I feel like if you had a good answer to this question, you'd write an addendum. Just kind of have to be honest, not sure how they'll take it.

You need to use the Lav Signal. But it doesn't really work when I'm at work, at the gym, or sleeping.Wormfather wrote:How does one summon Lavitz to the thread? Anyway, I know that it's possible for any 2 of those 3 to overlap, but I'm not sure if I've seen a day where all 3 occur. 2 days is definitely possible. I don't think I've seen a 1-day turnaround yet this cycle.trojandave wrote:

I know I'm a little late to the party but I went complete in mid-December, almost a month after submitting. So far I've heard nothing, and I just wanted to add my part to the stress and paranoia of everyone in the same situation.

Really hoping good news comes soon to all in this thread in the form of eventual JS2s. And now to obsess and have trouble enjoying my 3 day weekend...
