My first acceptance was also my highest - waiting on so many schools still

.
Yeah same for me on both counts. Still waiting on 9 applications. USC is the worst offender, with no movement whatsoever beyond my completion date 2.5 months ago.
ETA: speak of the devil... finally UR today at USC.

Lol I THINK it's referencing Toronto, because Drake started referring to it as "The 6" (416 and 647 area codes). I thought it was pretty fitting for the thread haha

Make a choosing thread once you have the financial aid info.
The CW will be that neither is good unless free and you have very modest goals.

It's been about two weeks since I've submitted and the fact that I've been accepted at one school but haven't even gone complete in others is doing such weird things to my stress levels. Lol I'm so impatient, two weeks is nothing.

I wonder how the adcoms/interviewers feel about men with man-buns and beards. I guess I'll find out soon and let you all know.

Lol I feel your pain. Every time I think about waiting since November, I see people posting about not hearing anything all September/October too and I realize it hasn't actually been that long. Doesn't make it hurt less though.

Just a simple "yes I wish to remain on the WL" or write something flowery?
I think a simple message would suffice, but it's an opportunity to write a pseudo-Why X, reaffirming your interest in their school, etc. without explicitly writing a LOCI.

the amount of times a day you refresh a status checker should count as a way of demonstrating interest in a school at least on par with why x essays
i say this mostly because if it were a metric, i'd go 14/14

Yeah absolutely. Now that rejections have started going out, it brought a whole new level of stress to the cycle.
