Congrats to all the admits. I have a JS1 coming up. Does anyone want to PM me or discuss here what I should expect? Do you just talk about things on your resume? Why law? Why Harvard? Is it like a job interview with behavioral questions? i.e. tell me a time you've solved a difficult situation ect?

I hear it is just a pleasant conversation, but still, it is an interview and I'd like to be prepared. Can't blow this final shot at Harvard :)

OMG SO EXCITED FOR THE FINALE!!!!
Please, no spoilers! I've been so busy with work I haven't been able to watch the last two episodes. But I plan on catching up in the next few days. So excited for the show and I still can't believe the major Golden Globes snub!

Hello. My application went complete on Nov 20 or 21. Do you all think I should be concerned that I have not received a JS1 yet?

Are the JS1 invitations sent via email or do you receive phone call?

Thanks...

They're sent via e-mail / show up on status-checker.

I would not yet be concerned that you haven't received a JS1. I think that your complete date is at the very tail-end of JS1s they've sent, and some JS1s are sent long after the complete date.

probably jinxing myself with this.

are all the JS1 slots taken for this coming week? if someone were to potentially maybe possibly get a certain email, would that person be unable to schedule an interview before they close for christmas?

asking for a friend, of course.

i haven't posted in a very long time but i do remember the december craziness of last year when everyone was waiting for JS2s before christmas. now i'm a 1l at hls and i am procrastinating aka doing anything possible to avoid studying for my 8 hour civ pro final tomorrow. this was just my experience last year: i was invited to interview early december. interview was 12/12. i had a very strong feeling i'd get a js2 on friday 12/21 and my feeling was correct! i know a lot of people got their js2's on that friday, so i'm going to guess that this year, a lot of js2's will go out this coming friday (12/20)

sorry if i'm just reiterating what others have said! i'm procrastinating but not hard enough to read back too many pages :)

good luck everyone!

hey nala thanks for your post. but according to lsn, there were some JS2s on 12/10 too, which was 3 mondays after thanksgiving. now granted there were some 12/03 (2 mondays after) JS2s too, but last week disproved that.

based on lsn, last year they had 4 rounds of JS2s before christmas. since they didn't come on monday or friday of last week, to get to 3 rounds they'd have to do tomorrow, friday (12/20), and monday 12/23. so like citrus: could they be coming tomorrow?
