Well, this cycle has not been kind to me. Strongly considering redoing my cycle next year.

Best of luck to everyone else.

And there's the email. Withdrawn!
:| I was certain you'd get in, GPA floors be damned. Maybe I'll see you at NYU next year.
Or maybe UVA? :D (though I haven't heard back from Penn yet)
Haha yes, maybe UVA :). But more likely NYU or GULC, honestly. I want to be in a city.

Wow, sorry to hear it, luxxe.
Thanks. Idgi. I got into UVA today/have gotten into other schools so there isn't some fatal flaw in my app, and I know the ~magic numbers~ for Penn are 170/171, but I would have thought my GPA would overcome it.

Wow, YP? Did you write the essays?
I didn't write the essays--I guess they're serious about that!

My UR dates were 1/12 and 1/25.

Waitlisted. Actually, kind of excited I was waitlisted considering my GPA lol. Hoping this means Columbia will actually give my application a thorough read.....

Waitlisted! Disappointed for sure, slightly bitter that it took 3 months to hear back (applied November 1). My dates were 12/19 and 1/24. #'s were 172/3.6x. Best of luck to the rest of you still waiting!

Sorry, folks! Penn is a tough one to swallow. I suggest drinking a bottle of fine Oregon Pinot Noir and shopping for apartments near the schools you're already admitted.

Onward!

I've been following your cycle since I tend to get the same results as you, usually a few weeks after you receive your decisions lol.

Alas, I got my WL at Penn today too.

Looking like I'll be following you around some more

Yet another waitlist. I've been riding the waitlist wave this cycle. Disappointing.
