Well, so OHprospect is in I guess via ASWebsite today, but does that mean they update the system once and only once for that day? Im kind of holding out hope until the office closes today..NYU = top choice..Interminable_Waiting wrote:OHprospect wrote:In.

Re: NYU 2010
Hey I know that NYU is random and sometimes tends to hate on applicants who've retaken the LSAT, but does anyone know if that applies to a cancellation on a first take and a score above their median on a second try? I know they're notorious for averaging or not being too into retakes but I haven't really found anything about cancellations other than their website, which seems to say its fine but then again, law schools are sometimes kind of sketch about actually revealing their policies behind closed doors lol

Still can't get in. Although I only applied a week before the deadline, so I can't really complain. Although I did notice that a few later applicants have gotten in. However they all had higher LSAT scores than I did. Maybe they look at the people with good numbers first.

Who knows. It's not as bad as having a very low LSAT score that you retook. It all depends on your GPA and the rest of your app.strokes788 wrote:Hey I know that NYU is random and sometimes tends to hate on applicants who've retaken the LSAT, but does anyone know if that applies to a cancellation on a first take and a score above their median on a second try? Yeah, is this the second week in a row that only one new TLS person has been able to access the website?

Is it for sure that Wednesday is the only day of the week the admitted student site is updated? Or is it just speculation?

I think someone else in this thread had said they checked Weds and got nothing, then checked again Thursday a.m. and found out they were admitted.
Or that's what I'm telling myself anyways

I tried to log in, and when I hit enter it glitched. All I saw was "ADMITTED STUDENTS" at the top of the page, before it told me I didn't match any records. I almost threw up.

Ugh, Alice B, that sucks. I wonder if the 0L's crashed it.

Did a professor not send in one of your LORs until recently? Did you take the February LSAT?gladitsover wrote:I saw on TLS that others weren't gettin the email for a while, so I figured that i was in the same boathiromoto45 wrote:Wow did you not call earlier in the cycle?gladitsover wrote:WTF, applied in october got my complete email today!!!!!!!!!!

Re: NYU 2010
Does NYU send acceptances through the end of March or is the end of the line, even for median or above median LSATTers and NYU's whoreish love of the LSAT.
