Just got my interview request today! (That's what the JS1 is, right? I am unfamiliar with the Harvard acronyms.)
Chances of me getting in are SO slim, but it feels great to not be outright rejected.

Don't JS1s usually mean no JS2s for that day?tflan19 wrote:YAY! Congrats!icantwait wrote:Jay S #1!!!!!!
Hopefully JS2s are up next. For some reason I have a good feeling about this.

Nope! There were JS1 and JS2 waves on 1/14.Li'l Sebastian wrote:Don't JS1s usually mean no JS2s for that day?tflan19 wrote: Hopefully JS2s are up next. For some reason I have a good feeling about this.

It's definitely today or tomorrow (or both); I am certain this time.tflan19 wrote:Nope! There were JS1 and JS2 waves on 1/14.Li'l Sebastian wrote:Don't JS1s usually mean no JS2s for that day?tflan19 wrote: Hopefully JS2s are up next. For some reason I have a good feeling about this.

Re: Harvard C/O 2019 Applicants
While I contest the notion that the poll is the same, I also prefer the "things to do in Boston" idea. I think it's a great way to learn about what Boston/Cambridge has to offer. Here's a few ideas based on my own (far too short) experience in the city:cantorb wrote:I vote nay on this one - it's basically the same as the "Why is Harvard the best school" one that we just finished. I still like mine better (or the "things to do in Boston" one).Hildegard15 wrote:Oh Bear you're being too sweet to me especially since I was cranky earlier todayBearlyalive wrote:On a scale of 1-10, how crimson is your blood?Hildegard15 wrote:I'll probably still change the poll the next time JS2s go out, so in the mean time feel free to suggest other poll ideas.
Also, Hilde, I will be very disappointed if you don't replace at least one option with something allowing you to heap you with praise for the wonderful job you've done running this thread. Also I like the idea of this poll! I can only put 10 options total so a few will have to be cut and I may take some creative licensing with the wording but they are great! Let's just hope we get some JS2s soon so we have a reason to celebrate.
1. Visit the North End for the best Italian food in the country
2. Go to a concert in Sanders Theatre (if you haven't looked this place up yet, do so NOW. It's awesome)
3. Pour some tea into the Boston Harbor
That's all I got for now.

Yes, just go to the "input your numbers here" tab, and you can look at everyone else's dates and status.ftge232 wrote:tflan19 wrote:Better yet, just update the spreadsheet with this info! This made me think about how long I had been complete so I went to count and then I remembered that were complete day twins
