If borderline= not an auto-admit + not an auto-reject, then yes.

It means they want to see how you handle pressure - as if finals weren't go to be stressful enough, bu is riding on them.

Hmm.... 3.5 is respectable, its their 25th%ile, and your LSAT is over their 75th%ie. I wonder what their issue is?

hmm maybe not but last year i think most if not all 168/3.5s got in. I think you're fine! I'm 167 and a little over 3.5 so I'm borderlineish. keeping my fingers crossed!

+1. I can't imagine that one semester would really make an enormous difference in the GPA.

Perhaps they are sending out these emails to all worthwhile applicants under review at this point, since the current semester is nearly over and they need wait only a short time for the new grades. I will let you know if I receive this message.

Perhaps, but I doubt the only worthwhile candidates are current undergrads at semester schools.

To the others accepted: if my acceptance letter has no scholarship info does that mean I did not qualify and would be paying sticker? Did your letters come with scholarship included?
