Hey I sent in my application last week and haven't received any email or anything... Could someone tell me the process and where the status checker is? Sorry, I tried to piece it all together from this thread but not sure I understand everything

But it won't help you as you need a username and password The username is the same as all the lsac status checkers. Password is set by school until you change it.

Yield Protect, the act of wait listing an applicant with higher than average (for the school) LSAT or GPA to protect acceptance yield, since they are likely going to a higher rank school anyways.

UVA's LSN graph is so confusing. They like 171-173s with above a 3.8 and WL lower GPAs, but they like 170s from 3.5+ except for 3.69 to 3.75. Then everyone else is SOL.

Congrats! I'm deployed too and would love it if I got an email today. It'd make not only my Veteran's Day, but just about every other holiday for the next three years haha.
