Anyone else above both 75ths ain't heard back yet? Is this YP or is there something fatally wrong with my app?

When did you go complete? And did you write a programmatic contribution or why essay?carlos_danger wrote:Anyone else above both 75ths ain't heard back yet? Is this YP or is there something fatally wrong with my app?

Complete 9/9. And I wrote a programmatic contribution (albeit a very brief one) and no why essay. Not a Cali resident, if that matters.playersball wrote:When did you go complete? Impossible to know. Could be anything from a typo in your application to the adcom in charge of reviewing your pile has the flu.carlos_danger wrote:Anyone else above both 75ths ain't heard back yet? Is this YP or is there something fatally wrong with my app?

Probably a YP since you didn't write a why UCLA and are from out of state. Don't blame you though, I wouldn't write a why UCLA either lol.carlos_danger wrote:Complete 9/9. Me! Complete on 11/29. No programmatic contribution essay, no why UCLA, so I can't say I'm flabbergasted. Am CA resident though.carlos_danger wrote:Anyone else above both 75ths ain't heard back yet? Is this YP or is there something fatally wrong with my app?

Can anyone who interviewed tell me a bit more about the kind of questions one might expect? Are they just standard Why x and resume stuff or something else?

- Why UCLA?
- (since I'm not a student) What have you been doing since graduation and what is your job?
- Question about something on my resume (mine was "What's the biggest problem facing immigration attorneys?")
and I think that's it.
Edit: Also are you ED? I'm trying to figure out when they're going to contact ED applicants who were interviewed...

Literally same. If your LSAT is below median like mine is, I think we are going to end up waiting until December scores are in for our decisions.Thomas Hagan, ESQ. wrote:Been on the same exact boatfazzvm56 wrote:I wonder if being from New York is slowing down my app and they're holding offapplied ~10/18 anxiously waiting to hear!
From NY and I've been complete since 11/4

Glad it helps! My interview was with Danea and she seemed pretty chill. You should be fine with yours!Strangeland wrote:Thanks, that's helpful! No, I'm RD. Also apparently I'm spoiled from every other interview I've taken when normally you hear back within at least a week..

I'm barely under median LSAT but over 75th gpa and was accepted weeks ago. Not sure if that counts as a reverse splitter.SupremeLaw wrote:Have any reverse splitters been accepted yet?
