Before committing to lawl school I tried to convince Mrs.Eng to just let me quit and be a stay at home cat dad. I even picked up my doing stuff around the house game beforehand. Got shot down hard, and then played the I'll quit my job and go back to college for 3 years which played better for whatever reason.

I've been really over thinking this. Mwf - workout. Sa/Su - drink. I needed this motivation.

I moved to a place with the most depressing fucking gyms in every direction, exclusively dank basements, so no motivation to work out.

Intermittent fasting (the chill kind where you just don't eat brekky basically) plus a lot of walking is working like a charm this past week or two. I still have ma sloppy weekends and lose weight

Nice I have been walking a lot more too. Definitely seeing some results.

I give my office power / internet / Air conditioning 5 minutes of being out before I bail and go home. I just VPN from home and I have a better set-up there anyway.
