Decided to check in, instead of just lurking. Michigan undergrad, applied ED, got my status checker email on September 16th.

For those of you admitted (congrats!), what do you mean by the email was personalized? Like was a letter tailored to you or was it more just something tacked on to the end?

I guess I'm surprised more people havent heard back considering the first wave of acceptances typically are quite large.

Look at the pic someone just posted (the one taunting us). Probably that's all they are sending out today? Seems there were less than 10.

It was from the Senior Dean of Admissions and she suggested getting together for coffee in my area to talk about Michigan when she would be there for a recruiting event. I won't be able to do it because I'm out of the country.

Exactly. Same situation here: completed 6 days ago, couldn't help but f5 SC as often as possible...
